 Why massage?

Your health affects your life --if your body is faced with mental and physical obstacles such as stress,headaches, or an injury, it can prevent you from leading a healthy lifestyle.  Years of chronic stress and pain can take its toll on the body. Massage therapy is an investment in your health that can help provide some of that balance back into your life so that you can live life to the fullest.

A therapeutic massage can help restore some balance that you may need to lead your busy lifestyle.  Taking time out to have a massage helps to decrease pain and stress, and resets the body so that you are better able to focus on what you need to accomplish.

Whether seeking relief from stress, in need of treatment from injury, experiencing painful headaches or suffering from chronic pain, massage therapy is one of the best contributors to a healthy future.

As a Licensed Massage Practitioner since 2002, a current RN, and an ABMP member, I have worked with a variety of pain conditions and those seeking overall wellness for their busy lifestyle.

My Technique

My primary background is a focus on injury treatment, back pain, headaches, including migraines, and overall wellness.  I customize each massage according to the specific needs of each client to allow total relaxation of the body and mind.  Some of the modalities I use are Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Deep Lomi massage. 

My goal is to exceed your expectations in your massage therapy experience by providing the highest quality service and professional standards at a competitive rate. 

I am unable to accept new clients and do not work with medical insurance at this time.
